My picture of Lane Bryant's coorporate hdqts, pulling in to have my official fitting to be a Bra Tester for them! Which means..I get free Bra's, panties, and lingerie! YAY! I got a really cute pink underwire jobbie last night...
Official bra size, 48F. That's nice to know, since I have been wearing 44DDD's for a few years..lol
Anyway, walking down the hall to the fitting room, the left side of the building is like a HUGE closet! Like those "fashion rooms" that magazines have...that room probably had one of everything LB has ever made! :D

My power is back on!! After a full week and some hours of having no power, it was flipped on last night at approx 9:35pm. YAY! The power crew was outside my house and I yelled out the window "THANKS!!!!" I heard a few very tired voices yell back..."You're welcome". I thought about flashing them as a treat...but the tree obstructed the view out of my bathroom window..bummer!
Anyway, I stayed up for hours watching TV! Caught up on Entourage, and finished The Devil Wears Prada, which I was watching last weekend when the lights went out.

It was so weird living w/out power for a week. I actually handled it a lot better then I thought I would. Thankfully the temp was cooperative, and I was never really TOO hot or TOO cold. I did go through most of my candles though, and I have melted wax in a few places I couldn't see with the lights off...but other then that, it wasn't too bad. Well, I did have to go out for all my meals which doesn't bode so well for eating healthy. I mean, I did the veggie burger at BK, and the chicken salads at BK and Wendy's (Yum), but it will be nice not to have to spend that money anymore...

I also had the opportunity to get to know my neighbor a bit better. Gus, an older guy (60's I am guessing) very nice...offered the use of his lawn mower anytime (as mine finally died..boo!) and his son (Brian, cute, 28, race car driver and country music singer) even offered lawn mowing services at $20 a pop...pretty good since I have a huge corner lot that sucks to mow!! I think I'll take him up on it.

It was great getting dressed/made up w/the lights on this morning! I even got to curl my hair! YAY! I feel gorgeous again! lol

WOW, I cannot remember ever having been so sick in my entire life! I have had food poisoning since Monday morn, 8am, and it is has been hell! Deydrated, weak, not eating, couldn't care less about my appearance (because yes, I have been dragging my weak sick ass to work), and it's Thursday and I am feeling a tad bit better, finally! I decided to actually put makeup on this morning, thinking that if I make myself pretty, I'll feel better. Eh..it worked a lil bit. I still have a bubbly tummy but at least now I am hungry! Ravenous actually. I haven't chowed down on anything yet...still a bit scared, but I think at lunch I will. YAY, I actually have an appetite again! Never thought I would lose THAT!!

So, word to the wise...avoid food poisoning at ALL costs! lol

UGH...

Our weekly Pure Romance meeting at Donato's last night...ended up sharing the room with a group of kinky folk, one of them being one of my best buds. It was very weird running into them there, so funny. Anyway, showing off some of the new products just released, we realized the new pink strap on, when removed from the harness, has great suctioning properties! hehe
